• REVISION WEEK

    Revision Week will be dedicated to consolidating learning through guided revision, practice exercises, and focused academic activities. The period aims to reinforce key concepts, address learning gaps, and adequately prepare learners for upcoming assessments and examinations.

  • ACADEMIC WORK

    Creator Schools , Ghana

    During the period, learners will engage in academic work focused on revision, independent study, and consolidation of topics covered during the term. This time is intended to reinforce understanding, address learning gaps, and prepare learners adequately for their examinations through guided study and academic activities.

  • END OF 2ND TERM EXAMINATIONS & FINAL MOCK JHS 3

    Creator Schools , Ghana

    The End of 2nd Term Examinations will be conducted to assess learners’ overall understanding of the work covered during the term. In addition, the Final Mock Examination for JHS 3 will be organized to evaluate readiness for the external examinations, identify remaining learning gaps, and reinforce examination standards and confidence.

  • VACATION

    The vacation will commence on 16th April, 2026, marking the end of the academic term. This period provides learners and staff with time to rest, reflect on the term’s activities, and prepare for the next phase of the academic calendar.

  • WEEK 1 – TIME WITH THE BASIC 8 STUDENTS

    Time with Basic 8 Students (15/05/26): A meeting and interaction session was held with the Basic 8 students to discuss academic performance, discipline, examination preparation, and general school expectations. The session also encouraged students to remain focused, responsible, and committed to their studies.

  • WEEK 1 – MEETING WITH HEADs OF DEPARTMENTS

    Meeting with HODs (14/05/26): A meeting was held with the Heads of Departments to discuss academic progress, departmental responsibilities, teaching and learning strategies, and ways to improve students’ performance. Important decisions and plans concerning effective academic delivery were also addressed.

  • WEEK 2 – STAFF MEETING

    STAFF MEETINGS (19/05/26): A staff meeting was organized to discuss important academic and administrative matters concerning teaching and learning, staff responsibilities, student welfare, and strategies for improving academic performance and discipline in the school.

  • WEEK 2 – ORIENTATION FOR NEW PREFECTS

    ORIENTATION FOR NEW PREFECTS (20/05/26): An orientation programme was organized for the newly elected prefects to educate them on their roles, responsibilities, leadership qualities, and expected conduct within the school community. The session also encouraged teamwork, discipline, and effective leadership.
